Two Michelin stars for ION Harbour: A milestone for Malta's luxury tourism

Chef Simon Rogan has a close relationship with Malta and its people, according to the Michelin Guide. He works with local forager Keith Abela and Red Earth farm in Naxxar to source ingredients. A signature dish is grilled salad.
