TradeMalta appoints easyJet Engineering MD as new chairperson

Daniel Galea, managing director of easyJet Engineering Malta, has been appointed chairperson of TradeMalta, the agency tasked with promoting Malta's international trade.

Galea also sits on the council of The Malta Chamber of Commerce, Enterprise and Industry. His appointment was announced on 28 November 2025.

He succeeds David Matrenza, whom TradeMalta thanked for his leadership and strategic contribution to the organisation.
