Stakelogic and Bingoal go direct: a sign of shifting iGaming integration strategy

Stakelogic inks a direct integration deal with Bingoal, bypassing aggregators and highlighting the growing pull of MGA-licensed B2B partnerships.
Stakelogic, the Malta-licensed slots and live casino studio, has struck a direct integration deal with Belgian operator Bingoal. The agreement brings Stakelogic's full portfolio to Bingoal.com, the operator's MGA-licensed site.
The move bypasses the aggregator model entirely. Bingoal is integrating the content directly into its proprietary platform, giving the two sides a closer operational link.
Bingoal customers now have access to Stakelogic's slot catalogue alongside live dealer games including blackjack, roulette and the Super Wheel™ game show. All live content is streamed from Stakelogic's own broadcast facilities.
The Belgian operator, family-owned and more than three decades old, built its brand on sports betting before moving into online casino. It now serves multiple European markets alongside a large retail estate in Belgium, with casino becoming an increasingly important growth driver.
Direct integration means Bingoal will receive new Stakelogic titles on release. Both teams can coordinate promotional and tournament activity from day one.
Dylan Tuite, Account Manager at Stakelogic, highlighted the operator's legacy. "Bingoal is an operator with genuine heritage. More than 30 years spent building trust with players is not something you come across every day, and launching slots and live casino together means their customers see the full scope of what we do from day one. Working directly with the Bingoal team also means we can move quickly."
Jennifer Pollentier, Casino Operations Manager at Bingoal, said the decision was strategic. "Going directly was the right decision for us. It gives us a closer line to the studio and more control over how we launch and promote the games, and we are looking forward to what the partnership can build from here."
The deal adds to a growing list of Stakelogic partners that operate under Malta Gaming Authority licences. That is no coincidence. Direct relationships with MGA-licensed studios give operators speed and control, two advantages the aggregator model often dilutes.
For Malta's iGaming cluster, this kind of deal reinforces the jurisdiction's role as a B2B hub. Studio-operator direct integrations are becoming more common, and the MGA licence acts as the standard that makes these partnerships work across borders.
